Who designed the plug in? Who ok'd the plug in? Who chose the third party company to fiddle fuk around with the plug in. Who contracted the people to develop an app? Who got rid of the people he contracted to create an app and brought on new contracted help to develop an app? Who with impeccable timing released PR's concerning potential app releases last year? Is it extreme ineffectiveness or just run of the mill pinky manipulation?
