I was just advised to confirm a float before investing..

Unless dilution, Volume = one person selling their shares, one person buying those same shares. Shouldn't effect the float? An EQUAL and OPPOSITE reaction correct?

Thanks, may get some shares. I was told a story Friday about a guy who was winning every horse race. Authorities’ caught on and asked him how he was winning every race. He replied... "I bet on every horse."
