I don't have the answers about what to do. I've been trying for several years to get some shareholder support to do something and have received little more than grief and abuse for my efforts. I'm open for suggestions myself. I think contacting the BOD would be first on my list and I even tried that. Unfortunately, I believe my letter to the BOD was NEVER seen by them. It had to go through the company. All I know is things are not right when a company can put out trash like they just did in that 10Q and it has no consequences.
The only honest and realistic answer , the one you cannot stomach or tolerate is that ,almost certainly, nothing will be done, and we all will probably lose 99-100% of our investment.Unfortuntely, for all of us, and in no small denomination, I include myself
