It's a hypothetical. Right now while the PPS is low, the CEO could easily buyback shares and clear out some riff-raff.

BTW, I bought 2s and added 3s. 3s are going to prove a good buy, UNLESS, the CEO does something stupid like dump the rest of the AS and do a reverse-split.

Just look at DNN*C*D as an example of that.
