I agree that S/M are behind all these crap too, but still DMRJ sells 40k a day, and with our low trading volumes that's enough to kill the SP. If DMRJ. interests are aligned with ours, then why not lending us money at a better rate? Why not keeping a stake in the company above 5%? That is pure hs from BL, the interests of DMRJ and the interests of IMSC could not be more different. I will vote NO. NO more shares for DMRJ. NO cheap options for the BOD. If there is someone attacking the stock, do something about it! There must be ways for a company to fight clear manipulation.

To say that DM isn't selling is whistling past the graveyard. They have to stay under the cap, it is what it is.' My only beef is why they haven't put one ounce of effort in to branding the company. Answer is this admin cares far less about current shareholders than the last. It's not a question of handholding, but one of taking advantage of a tremendous opportunity to position and promote what the company has accomplished. It's free, builds value, and affects everyone involved in a positive way. For all they know the one CNBC piece they have yet to do could generate a large placement form a private source, and even institutional firms. Billionaires have cable too. It's like asking the hot ckick out to the prom, all she can say is yes, she's already not going out with you.
