It's 14k a month I've been to the space it's next door to the Maidrian Hotel. Look up the rents. The last space at 701 brickell was over 20k a month. Yes they did downsize. Lmao you can't rent a 1 bedroom apt for $1200 a month let alone a 5000 sq ft office space!!
