I'm not sure why a company wouldn't want to try and touch a penny. Even with dilution it makes sense to pump it high and then sell and dilute. Interest is still here. They just seem a little lazy to me. I wouldn't ever have my name attached to lies. Ethics, morals, and pink sheets lmao ... Illusions and dilutions .... Still long IENG !!!!!!
