CGRA news was up on Scottrade. Don't know anything about Etrade, but IMO Scottrade's a good broker for pinks and has a user-friendly platform. No OTC Level 2 there but obviously iHub can do that for ya.

I have fidelity, etrade, and vanguard.

Etrade is very good. Fidelity a close second.



Etrade is faster than fidelity although they will deny it.
