I dont know, the company is letting the shares holders know they flew in a consulting firm to, help prepare and explore all available finance options, doesnt sound like fluff to me. To be fair i didnt sell 3's and 4's and am now sitting on the bid not getting filled either though. Good luck with that. NSAV.
