gmoney20, there's no need to snoop. The company OXYS publishes news from time to time,including a BuyIns.net report concerning this matter when there is a short position. Let me make a correction if I may. The Short position @ this point is approximately 30% of the Float not 3/4 or 75%. Sadly the SEC/FINRA do not attack/enforce the Rule 201 ? for Shorts on the developing smaller companies like OXYS. They seem to do this for the Listed, larger companies. It seems that way to me. You state you'd like to take a shot @ $2.40 ??? Why that price ? Do you have restrictions from your B/D or Clearing entity. This is a good entry level, a lot going on, company is growing, just retired all Long Term Debt and Capital Leases. The company OXYS IMO is a Fundamentally sound growth company, that does operate at a loss, but what newer developing company doesn't the first years in business ? Hopefully this information helps with some of your concerns.
