I think this is a weak hands shakeout so to make sure that the real longs behind JN and team get to be the real winners here and moving forward. I think the next newsworthy disclosures will make the longs even longer! I have been wrong plenty so I could be full of BS too :-)

They better have a good reason for the late filing or it will end up as being shown filed late which the market is not going to favor kindly at all!
