only thing pending is an update on the recent aquisition providing more detail like the name, etc.

I wouldn't hold my breath for anything besides that for now. I was and stayed in at 0.80 and wish I had money left when we were down in the low 60s. But only so much I have for stocks like this and all my other money was/is tied up still.
