As a part of a true-up provision of Ms. Lavoie contract, during May 2015 the Company issued 573,614,695 shares of its common stock.

PRIO TO 5/13/2015 10q CEO OWNED 75% OF O/S APPROX. 900 MIL RESTRICTED.

AS COPIED FROM ABOVE 10Q SHE NOW OWNS 1.5 BIL SHARES.
ADD THE 573 MIL (newly issued) to the previous 900 mil=
roughly 1.5 bil restricted shares.

I would say we r n great shape with 500 mil trading shares available.
