Very odd, considering it has been posted here numerous times, and in fact was a sticky. Shamberg was not only found guilty of securities fraud, but he tried to hide his assets by transferring real estate into his wife's name (and the SEC caught him doing that as well). He's apparently not very good at hiding his crimes, and more than likely, he will end up in front of a judge again as a repeat offender. Hopefully this time it will be jail time.
