just have to wait untill Monday to hopefully hear something more promising about Q3&4 expectations

That's what I'm also looking forward too. Looks like 2nd Q as we have been told earlier is going to be weak also.

Wanting to know the reason for that Conversion and have to look ahead to balance of 2015 and 1st half of 2016.
