Do you realize how silly that sounds?..... the courts donr side with anyone on any matter until the evidence has been heard... then they decide.... to say they courts are siding with anyone is saying that they are biased.... and they are not.... Ask yourself this..... if the courts are biased and predisposed to siding with one party over another..... who do you think they would side with, Health Canda... a very large and important Government dept..... or a lying CEO that has committed Securities fraud on numeeous occasions, then resigned from the company and has fled the country, as he is currently under in estigation i. two countries......Too silly to talk about. This has always been and still is nothing but a pump and dump share selling scam.... it will be hlted, and criminal charges and lawsuits are on the way.... that I can pesonally gauarantee.
