Thanks BK. There are several cases in which the NASCERT is filed the day following the 8a12b filing. I was expecting a similar 1 day or similarly close follow through. Even so, I am not fretting, pipeline progression is completely independent of our listing exchange. No doubt advancement is in our future - acquiring above the radar does not provide the advantage of financial surprise. Cheers, here's to being under the radar and the finacial surprise it will yield.

Registration for newly listed shares would impose a quiet period of 30 days from the 27th, or until the SEC declared the registration effective. Hello NASDAQ before the end of the month?
