Thanks BK. There are several cases in which the NASCERT is filed the day following the 8a12b filing. I was expecting a similar 1 day or similarly close follow through. Even so, I am not fretting, pipeline progression is completely independent of our listing exchange. No doubt advancement is in our future - acquiring above the radar does not provide the advantage of financial surprise. Registration for newly listed shares would impose a quiet period of 30 days from the 27th, or until the SEC declared the registration effective. Hello NASDAQ before the end of the month?
