JJ-- You beat me to it. Kaplan's reference in several instances to sanctions, bad faith, frivolous filing by ZTE, etc. all show that he's had it with ZTE. Slowly but surely the rope is tightening on ZTE's neck. ZTE's almost-reckless treatment of the truth in the USA judicial system is going to come back to bite it pretty hard, imo.
