Simple solution. Go to WY SOS and look it up. Plainly states that GEAR has 6 Billion shares period. There is also 25 Million preferred shares. You will find it under the additional details.


If you research the WOM agreement that Randall Goulding put together and tally up the shares that GEAR is shelling out it verifies what the WY SOS states that GEAR has for shares. GEAR could not be able to swap 2.6 Billion shares on a 600 Million A/S SS.
