Lots being left unsaid I think, like restrictions, etc.

Some traders moved in on the news trying to spur a run, but I think they've now left or will soon. People understandably might think this is good news if they haven't been following DKTS for long or aren't familiar with AP's way of doing business, but IMO this is a consolation in order to avoid being sued or having to declare bankruptcy, rather than a fortuitous deal for either ticker.
