where does it say anywhere PUBLICLY that " Bayport has not given him any shares"? There are no details as to what occurred with that joint venture that I could find.
Is that inside info? oh just something you are "inferring" (like with the CPA) to be true?
I am not that hopeful about that audit - given the SEC are more than likely breathing down the neck of M&K CPA with that recent litigation.

The audits they conducted also were allegedly so deficient that they amounted to no audits at all, and they ignored red flags that Briner was engaging in fraud.
