I wouldn't believe everything that you hear or read from Kras, as I highly doubt that he's an expert on the matter of legality.

Anyone else out there that has a CBD product at least offers it online, so even if retail had issues with it or sees it as a grey area still, then they should still offer online sales just like everyone else. Odds are that the product would likely sell itself, unlike all of their other product lines. That's why it's extremely puzzling that they have a big launch party for this new product line only to see it being test marketed in one bloody dispensary. Makes zero sense.

Every other company promotes their products as perfectly legal, and Inergetics buys their hemp that's grown in Europe and isn't illegal to ship or sell. There's absolutely no reason for them to not offer products online to the masses, unless of course they're not telling the whole truth about where they get their hemp.

Not again! It is LEGAL in all 50 states! If it was so illegal then why are all these other companies selling it like crazy in all 50 states. If it was illegal, why wouldn't the company come and explain in detail what makes their CBD product a grey area in terms of being legal. That was complete smoke screen and if I was allowed to post their email response, I could prove it to you. Nulief was created from CBD obtained from hemp that came from outside the US, which makes it totally exempt from the schedule 1 classification and regulation as proven in a precedent set in federal court. Just what part of that do you not understand? It means that can not be prosecuted for selling and transporting Nulief, a CBD product derived from hemp outside the US, to all 50 states. If you want to fall for that grey area BS Kras threw out to you to protect the real reason they haven't launched at retail, you go right ahead, but don't sit there and tell me is not legal in all 50 states, because if that were the case, we wouldn't even be having this discussion and all these other CBD products from hemp wouldn't be available in all 50 states! Enough Already! Cheers!
