A major indicator is just a few weeks ago, nearly a half a million shares were traded and about 6 cents was as high as it went.
Even today almost 100k traded, and 7 cents is it.
Really only inside information could state something is on the way in a good way.
Most study the track record to accurately DD a company.
Fsnr's past to yesterday is a flop.
Years of flops.
Even with this

EncapSol Technology for Enhanced Oil Recovery, Environmental Oil Cleanup, Tar Sands and Shale Oil Extraction Passes Test as Non-Hazardous Substance

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/10/09 -- Freestone Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: FSNR), a Texas-based Oil and Gas Technology Development Company, has submitted its new EncapSol solvent technology to a certified environmental laboratory for toxicity bioassay testing under the California Code of Regulations Title 22 Section 66696 Hazardous Waste Criteria Regulations, in order to demonstrate that EncapSol is a non-toxic and environmentally-friendly chemical-solution.

EncapSol was subjected to the California Department of Fish and Game's standardized procedure ("Static Acute Bioassay Procedures for Hazardous Waste Samples") for identifying hazardous waste substances using a 96-hour LC50 fish survival test. If the tested substance, in a concentration of 500 milligrams-per-liter of water, results in the mortality of 50% or more of the exposed fish, the tested substance would be classified under California's Title 22 regulations as being a toxic "hazardous waste substance." Being classified as a "hazardous waste" requires special material storage, transportation, handling and disposal procedures, which complicate operations and increases operating costs.

Upon testing, EncapSol passed the bioassay test; none of the exposed fish were harmed; 100% of the fish survived the test -- indicating that EncapSol qualifies as a non-toxic substance according to California's Title 22 standards, and therefore can be handled and disposed according to non-hazardous waste procedures.

"California has the strongest environmental laws in the United States," stated Freestone CEO Clayton Carter, "and we are proud of the fact that EncapSol passed their strict bioassay test with a 100% fish survival rate, which is rare in the oil industry. This certification opens up many new applications for EncapSol, where other industry methods would otherwise pose a danger to the environment or be ineffective."

In addition to EncapSol's non-hazardous qualities, it is also non-flammable and does not mix with water. Instead it repels water as it chemically separates and encapsulates oil molecules for clean recovery. One new use and application is to extinguish and cleanup oil fires. These aspects of the EncapSol Technology also facilitate extraction from oil-contaminated soil, sand, rock, gravel, clay, water and inorganic materials.

Based on these new test results, Freestone Resources, Inc. is beginning to engage companies within the oil and environmental industry to demonstrate the effectiveness of EncapSol as a clean oil technology in production and crisis situations. The Company has published the test results on the EncapSol website located.

Funny the site has been removed.
Because it was a lie.
Hold on for more none profitable PRs.

Here's a snip of a blog, last year:

We are in the final stretch of completing our goals so that we can begin construction of the equipment.

Freestone will issue press releases as we reach various milestones relating to the growth and development of this segment of the Company.

The Freestone Team is working to make sure that all aspects relating the operations and production of Petrozene run seamlessly from day one; that includes everything from obtaining the necessary permits to the execution of certain contracts for the chemical and the byproducts that we will produce.

Ok, still waiting?
Oh, change of venue again?

Almost 100k shares traded and still not worth a dime.
Wow!
Fsnr is really on the move!
Makes you wonder who is buying?
Will Fsnr ever succeed?
Well do the DD from the beginning when Fsnr purchased the shell to today.
Years of the same DD's say no.
Only speculation desires yes.
Do the math of odds.
