Yeah I have been waiting for an opportune time to re enter but hesitate to do so. Hope they manage to stay listed.

Yeah Sea Pigeon, the lower limit for delisting on NASDAQ is below $1. $5 is the line for NYSE. Check out Investopedia article on Dirty Secrets of Delisting. Other provisions can get us kicked off too. Hopefully we never do. But the possibility has been beaten in to me.
