Respectfully disagree.

AMF has 'flagged' this company as a 'pump-n'dump' company as you have seen from a previous post and link to AMF.

Since this is so material to their future, in fact it is their future, I don't think the AMF will allow them to provide minimal details.

Anyways, according to Cloud this was going to be the week.

We are not far off from their last BS date they gave.

j,i agree with you 1000%.I have seen acquisitions/mergers sometimes take alot longer as much as a year if not more.

Btw concerning k and his cases and his temporary suspension which is under appeal.These cases are without merit,frivilous etc in my opinion.Total waste of the court and legal systems etc.Not to mention $ that has been spent with everyone involved.Has anyone even bothered to read the cases and alledged charges.They are at:
