Very strange stock. According to this, http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=10507961 the AS and OS are both maxed out at 80 million, at least as of December. I have not seen a raise in AS since. Tons of preferred shares, but impossible to convert at the moment. Up 55% on 9015 trade volume/paints today. Limited votes and no quorum for RS. Odd indeed.
