i still have some $1.18s. i think it is highly manipulated here. stocks like $NETE can shoot up in the blink of the eye as $OHGI did yesterday after announcing an offering before and cratering for some days.
SeeThruEquity covered both OHGI & NETE and they put a $5+ target on NETE back in march. hopefully the next buzz will be NETE.
