I noticed a missing fact. At the end of your post you mention the old lawsuit against SA and PT, you forgot to mention NNVC lost the case and wasted more investor money doing so. LOL

Diwan and Seymour have sucked out millions from NNVC through direct payments, payments to affiliated companies and stock sales. Internet searches reveal NNVC is responsible for most of their wealth.
