no, what's hurt their credibility is the financials that were released did not gel with the figures they announced in the previous press releases. It's looking like NDOL only got 25% of North-West ( if it is to be believed that they even have 450 mil in annual revs ) and none of its cash. Why would North-West want to keep so much off the table when they received 357 mil shs is anyone's guess.
