Eastern is categorically not a re-certification.

The latest "Eastern" has nothing, other than the livery, to do with the original Eastern that ceased service in 1991, including aircraft and Ops Specs.

Eastern started phase II in Jan 2015. Phase III last month.
DEFINITELY NOT a re-certification.
