Because they want to make sure they get positive results back from third party testers. It would suck to have to modify the thing and then send it back to third party trials because there was a problem with the way it functioned/the readings. They want to get it right and I don't blame them.
They want it done right , not fast and I totally agree with them ! This will be tested like crazy , first by BLO and then by various agencies because it has to hold up to legal scrutiny . So, if it takes an extra few weeks , so be it. Do it right or don't do it at all ! This is NOT just about money , it's about lives !
