It is only 'hump day', This is why companies should keep quiet, and let the world find out when they want/need to tell them.

There is absolutely no reason why a "real" company should withhold material news from its SHs. Do you not agree completed Form D funding for a JV would be material news for BAYP SHs? That SHs have a right to expect a joint announcement by the two companies by the end of the week, specifying the Form D funding is complete?

So what's wrong with announcing the rumored material event by Friday close?

Gives me a chance now to put in a buy.

Then bid 01 right now. It doesn't take much time to submit an order. What's that ... 01 is too high? Which implies the wonderful JV isn't worth even 002 to the PPS? No run on the subsequent material news???

How about a PR by Friday close. Wouldn't want rumors going to waste, or disappointed SHs.
