Cause: I posted b4 that they seldom hit any PR dates anyway. The PR said the were given a green light for June 1, but that may or may not occur on that day. Regardless of that, I think their NODL production projectionss are the firmest thing we have to go on, as well as the NWO 2 new divs.


If you can't go by what they project for 06: 2.3mil NDOL, and what they say they are doing @ MW 2450 bpd then, then what would you have us go by?

My experience with business and the military always comes down to plans = then projections = then executions of the plan ( or attempts to execute)

Can't use an "I wish they could factor", just can use what they say they can, and will do, they are the front line not us.


Seems reasonable to me anyway.
