It seems to me that Viper Networks' future is intimately tied to the success or failure of Apollo Metro Solutions. Viper has nothing else but its stake in Apollo and any work they do for them. The last three (or four depending on how you count them) brief rallies in Viper's stock have been attributed to their pursuits in LED lighting and progress with Apollo Metro. To me, it makes sense that the stock has not turned around yet because they are not making money even though each step seems to be progress on this single path. This all suggests the activities with Apollo are extremely meaningful to Viper shareholders.
