I'm sure most shareholders are offended by management's lack of transparency, and complete incompetence with regards to Nulief's non-launch, launch. Limited resources are constantly being utilized for other products and a supposed game changing product such as Nulief isn't even being offered online, despite the fact that the company held a stupid "launch" party.

Meanwhile, many shareholders have lost 95%+ of their initial investment value. Those are the ones that should be offended, as they put their hard earned money into this stock because they believed in management; management that haven't spent a dime of their own money to buy shares for around a penny or less.

How can you be offended by someone's opinion of which you have no respect ? If CN is a professional cheerleader-pumper ...why would he voice his frustrations concerning mgmt publicly ? That makes him the worst cheerleader in history IMO ...

Jim? Michael? Is that you?

Offensive? Really? You should be grateful! Grateful that loyal shareholders can have strong opinions that question management and still be supportive of the company and its future. Not many boards allow for such discourse. Most longs are disgusted and disappointed by what has happened over the past couple of months with management's inability to communicate clearly to shareholders and effectively launch a new product that could/should be the future of this company. Management should know that most of its other products are not attractive enough or do not have the long-term potential as the CBD line hopefully will have. Yet, they insist on spending time and money on Bikini Ready this summer. In my opinion, this upcoming Bikini Ready blitz is just another "launch" gone wrong - way wrong! Why? Because the weight-loss crazed industry is too big and saturated. NRTI is a very small fish in an ocean when it comes to that world. We need Nulief to move us.

Thank you, CN for standing up for what you believe in - for good or bad. We won't be better off simply looking the other way and crossing our fingers.

P.S. you might want to change your profile pic. In case you haven't heard, MSE is on its way out.

Well I have the facts to back up what I am saying. It's all right there in there 10K that clearly shows the spending to develop their current brands and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what it means. The Bikini Ready, Surgex, Slim Trim, MSE, OM Essentials, and Intrinsix brands are not going to produce the sales or profits to become cashflow positive. This is mostly due to all the heavy competition they face in the market. Nulief and their CBD Initiative provides them the opportunity to go to market with innovative products in the fastest growing sector for the next 5 years with no competition at the retail store level. Not only that, but it also provides high profit margins to give them a real opportunity to become the market leader in the CBD arena and become cashflow positive very quickly.

I'm sorry if you can't see that, but it makes no business sense to keep dumping funds into promoting these other brands when you have the opportunity to go to market in the fastest growing sector with no competition. They spent all this money to have this big Nulief launch event, but only launch it in one dispensary while announcing yet another Bikini Ready promotional campaign that will include expensive TV advertising. It makes absolutely no sense to let the Nulief brand sit on the sidelines while they pump the Bikini Ready brand again.

In the past year we have seen a total of 14 Bikini Ready PR's that did nothing for the share price, as investors are not interested in Bikini Ready, as they invested for their CBD Initiative, because of what our CEO Michael James kept saying about being first to market. Now when we finally get to the point for the launch, they decide to move at a snail's pace while ramping up the promotional activity behind Bikini Ready, instead of using those funds to launch Nulief at retail. Our CEO made it very clear that he was committed to getting Nulief to the retail market, but his actions to date have proven otherwise.

I was also very clear that I re-invested here for one reason, their CBD Initiative and though I once was a cheerleader for the MSE brand, it became very evident that sales were not going to anywhere near what we all expected. That is when I sold on the spike that was created last year when they announced their partnership with TRTC. I did think Bikini Ready would be a good brand that would be worthwhile for the company and may very well still be, but it is in a very competitive market that doesn't come close to the advantages Nulief would have in retail stores. It is of the utmost importance to be first to market and for them to takes this snail's pace after the launch is opening the door for someone else to sneak ahead of us. I did not invest here to see that happen, nor did I expect this and nor did the market. Which is the reason the sell off started when they announced the summer promotional campaign for Bikini Ready last week.

Now you are free to provide your facts that prove what I say is wrong. Cheers!
