I am hoping we see the audit as well. The cashflow statement (at least the one available) has some issues. Will be interested in seeing what the audit looks like....if it ever actually shows up.

Deals should be announced when a definitive material agreement is reached and then the agreement should be disclosed. But since BAYP insists on acting like a stinkie pinkie it PRs and pumps a "deal" but then doesn't release the actual terms of it.

In order to dilute bigtime you need buyers. And the few here "averaging down" and "adding more" ain't gonna be enough.

Question - did the deal with sylios include taking on some of their existing Beaufort debt? Is that why that note with Angelo Agovino mysteriously popped up?
How many more of those conversions will pop up.

Between the audit , more financing , news, and many more shareholders we can expect .02 to easily be seen and broken.
