I did go and did not see any 16inch dolls period. I did see cheap dolls less quality. I guess that is why Wal-Mart likes OWOO dolls. Now unless you are handling millions of dollar's worth of purchasing power i will lean towards the Wal-Mart buyers decision to buy OWOO dolls over anyone else opinion.
