Sure, but I'm guessing there are very few "actual" shareholders right now. I've got 30,000 at a price I am very comfortable with for an OTC IPO. If Loraine can actually operate a legitimate business, then all is good for everyone. If not, I expect she'll at least generate a solid run or two.
