As IPHawk is the most knowledgeable person I know with respect to this company (other than the company insiders), would love to hear his take on this trial, the potential damages, as well as what % of such damages we would receive (i.e., what is our stake)?
I already have a very large position but I added to it today with both shares and the 50 Dec calls that I disclosed earlier. Unless and until we suffer material adverse rulings in these marquee portfolios, there is simply too much potential to not take advantage of this buying opp.
