What is WORX doing?

WDDD has to wait until the Markman decision issues before anything else is done; but what I do not understand is why WORX does not appear to be doing anything. They got money put into the company months ago, but it does not even look like they applied for a license to operate anywhere. (WDDD owns 18% of WORX).

I bought WDDD for the patent play, but I expected that something would have been happening with WORX also by now. I did notice that the agreement allows (if I am reading it correctly) for an additional $6 million to be put into WORX, on top of the $2 million already put into WORX by the company doing the financing over there.
