NECA is 18 months delinquent with sec filings. I'd say that an annual list of officers with Nevada SOS is the least of their problems. NECA is in grave danger of sec suspension for ignoring their sec filing obligations. It almost appears that the shell is abandoned now. Certainly not good.
Their annual report on the State site is due here this month so I suspect were going to get an update here shortly.
