Reverse split will not happen. Market Capitalization more important than absolute number of shares.

62 million options/warrants are still available. Any exercise of which whether cash or cash less IMMEDIATELY puts money in LBSR pockets while fulfilling their requirements under law to fulfill their options. However this can ONLY happen with a much higher share price. The lowest options are at 0.004 and most on the cent and higher range.
