But read your own reasons to invest now! All emotion !! Risky is the term I'd use also. You know me, Mr. conservative.
No way in hell, I'd use reserve cash now, because I believe & need. At least wait for an emotion move, on some news, first. Much safer, knowing weather the price may move up, not down, before an average down.
What's a nickle or dime in the long haul ?
