I do not see anything about CGRA having an actual financial audit performed by an outside CPA firm. Bringing in an Engineering firm to "survey," "test," and "report" on dolomite reserves, etc. does not equate with a financial audit or a conversion to audited financials which would be filed with the SEC. There have been references this am here that CGRA was now going to be "audited" which is misleading, IMO.

CGrowth Capital, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:CGRA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce they have contracted with N.L. Olson and Associates, a Professional Engineering firm with 40 years experience, to survey, test, document, and report on the Company's Magnesium Dolomite quantities and values. Additionally, the Company has established a relationship with a third party Licensed Professional Engineer who meets the requirements of a "qualified person" as set out in National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") and is qualified to issue a Competent Person's Report ("CPR") that meets the Securities and Exchange Commission's ("SEC") standards for quantifying and valuing reserve assets. The Company intends to utilize the data collected by the engineering firm and certified by the "qualified person" to substantiate assets on its balance sheet and leverage those assets as collateral for funding and executing on its business plan.

CGRA may at some point decide to file audited financials with the SEC, which would have to be attested to and signed off on, under penalty of perjury, by the CEO and/or other executives, as to the veracity of the figures. This has not to date ever been the case with CGRA. Just trying to clear a couple things up.
