As have I...last I spoke with IR (several weeks ago), it seems that the pending deal was caught up with the lawyers. Again hopefully something will be announced soon.

But what is critical is Doug's last comment regarding scalability. They can literally triple or quadruple the number of assets / enforcement actions without adding any extra head count. The potential hear remains enormous.
