This what Marani released and as anyone can see, the contract is with the accounting firm and Hartley is the representative of that firm. He was not installed as a CFO of Marani, just performing the duties of that position based on the contracted services of the firm.

The Company has retained the services of the firm,
Hartley Moore Accountancy Corporation, which has
been contracted to assist the company to maintain its
books and records Mr. Kevin Hartley as the
representative of Hartley & Moore will be acting as
the interim CFO in his contract capacity.
