David supervises strategy formulation and implementation of investor relations and corporate communications programs, relying on 25+ years of direct IR and financial communications experience and accomplishment while serving a diverse array of 100+ public companies.

In 1994 David co-founded Jaffoni & Collins, a New York investor relations firm where he served for 17 years. He previously directed domestic IR programs at Dewe Rogerson, a London-based global investor relations firm, having earlier served as a Director at Kehoe, White Savage & Company, a pioneering IR boutique in New York. David launched his career developing marketing and communications programs for post-IPO and other corporate clients at the investment banking and brokerage firm, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., one of the earliest New York Stock Exchange member firms.

Mr. Collins earned his BA in American Government from Georgetown University.


Christopher D. Eddy
Senior Vice President

Chris has a substantial base of Wall Street experience, relationships and perspective, having spent 15 years at leading sell and buy-side firms. He spent 12 years in sales and trading at Barclays, Bear, Stearns & Co. and J.P. Morgan arranging structured fixed income and derivative solutions for institutional clients. More recently, Chris was a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones & Co. and launched a new office in Westchester, New York for the firm.

Chris earned an MS in Investor Relations from Fordham University and a BA in Economics from SUNY Buffalo.

He is the Treasurer of the Pelham Art Center and completed a 1.5 mile open water swim in the Long Island Sound to raise money for charity.


Eric Lentini
Vice President

Eric brings significant Wall Street experience on both the buy-side and sell-side. He spent four years at private equity firm Finger Lakes Capital Partners, where he focused on growth investments in the small business market and worked closely with portfolio companies in the industrial and retail sectors. Eric started his career as an equity research associate at ING Barings, where he covered broadcasting and telecommunications companies as a member of a team ranked #1 by Institutional Investor Magazine.

Mr. Lentini earned his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
