Nothing happening in Arizona involves Radient Pharmaceuticals.

That makes Underdawg's predictions 100% wrong.

Some researchers in Arizona might be using DR-70 in the lab, but since DR-70 is off patent, that does not involve Radient.

GCDx might be trying to sell DR-70 on the internet, but since DR-70 is off patent, that does not involve Radient.

Provista is not using or testing DR-70 but even if they were, DR-70 is off patent, so that would not involve Radient.

As for CIT... Dr. Chang decided that CIT was not worth his time. If the Inventor thinks it's a waste of time, who cares what a blogger thinks?
