If you look at the company PR right before the spin-off (2 weeks before) company got 3 million cash in new VC funds.........and then the spin-off 2 weeks later makes you wonder if they were setting it up in advance to do an exit such as a merger-and then an uplist....?????

If you search Thermogen on SOS they have the thing set up in shares, so they certainly plan to do some sort of exit.....ceo been involved in major companies so you never know if this one is headed for a Nasdeq uplist.....
