Gncp never had plans to buy back any stock.
They have no real revenue but instead massive debts
I can't even say they have limited potential anything they did have they lost and are getting laughed at by those who don't lose.

Huge buyback???? LOL.

If they ever managed to get a bid back in order to be able to buy back...at the moment the most they could buyback is less than 250,000 shares per day.
